| hihi, Alright could someone whose got expertise with enb help me. Currently just installed an enb for fallout and this bug happens. - Spoiler:

| Turn off any overlays, this includes the steam one. FPS counters for example, can cause this. Also turn off in game/driver AA and AF. |

| If that doesn't work try going in-game and hitting Shift+Enter to toggle the ENB settings menu and turn off a feature one at a time (Ambient Occlusion, Detailed Shadows, etc) until you find the culprit. |

| I think this could be a forced AA method conflicting with the enb, ensure your GPU isn't using a global profile forcing AA on all games. As the others said overlays cause weird stuff like this as well. _________________  |

| This may be possibly an issue with a weather mod such as realistic wasteland lighting, try uninstalling all weather mods and see how that helps? |
