:hellobig: how do you watch the star wars films?in chronological order, or in order of release in the theaters? i always choose the second method, because i think it's more immersive

I still enjoy the original 3 films, but as far as the prequels go? I'd rather watch paint dry.

I always watch movies in the Chronological order. I just feel like that's whats makes the most sense.

I watch the originals first so 4,5 and 6 as I just feel that is the 'core' of the star wars universe. The first few episodes serve as a prequel.

I watch the movies in chronological order. But for nostalgia sake. I watch the classics.

All 6 in a giant marathon about every 3 months. No one else is invited and I have my Anakin light saber with me

In most cases I just skip episode one and do my best to forget its existence. I then proceed to endure the following two prequels (I only watch them for the clones fighting). After that I then watch the originals and enjoy them as usual.

Originals THEN prequels. It seems to unfold better that way

But seriously. I watch from I to VI. I like it how the story unfolds that way

(I actually don't watch Epsiode I i just pretend to....who watches that anyway)

I just get a blanket,my watter bottle,and something to eat then I start Episode I,and when the theme starts playing my body trembles as if its ready for the pleasure of the Lightsaber sounds.

The original 3 are pretty much the only ones i can watch, the other 3 are just dull and non sensical. lol

Now in all seriousness, I like watching them in chronological order. Both ways. The original trilogy, then the new one. And vice versa.

In the chronological order. The prequels aren't perfect but I think they are good, and I think it's better in this order for understand the story better.

With a pepsi in one hand and a bag of chips in the other. Episode 2 exclusively.

What better way to spend a weekend then watching Clones blast away at things.

I normally go Lucas order (4, 5, 6, 1, 2, 3), but a buddy of mine gave me the idea of going 4, 5, 1, 2, 3, then 6. That way, you get to begin the story, and then after going back to the prequels wrap it all up. I figured I'd try it next time I ran through them.

I first watch Star Wars A Turn to The Darkside which is a fan edit of the prequels to make them more bearable (then I watch CGI The Clone Wars and SW Rebels). Finally I watch 4,5, and 6

You should squeeze the traditionally animated Clone Wars miniseries in there as well. Captain Fordo was a badass.
