Hey guys. So I posted about this on another topic by Mattell which was related to the XRE vertibird mod however I noticed Mattell said he is gone for 2 weeks so I am going to start one here for any help from you guys.
So the problem is that sometimes when I first get in or even out of no where while I'm flying around my player starts to take damage then it seems as if I am ejected out of the vertibird and then I am back inside of it but lost all control and going down to crash then it blows up and I die. I've looked on the mod page for any incompatabilities to mods that I have on or any comments about this already and could not find anything about it.
Now I took some guesses in that it was Helpless falling that was doing this but I ran it with that off and it still occurred. After that I really don't have any idea what it could be that is causing this. I have my IWR activated so its not from running into walls. Over on the Nexus KeltecRFB thinks it could be my companions falling out and then shooting back up inside of it. I don't know if that is the case how ever becuase this happens sometimes before I can even take off.
So anyone else have this problem? Know the solution? Or just have a suggestion? Please let me hear your feed back on this one because I just got a nice Reskin from Mattell's mod and really want to fly it around.

Have you tried contacting the mod author? Also, have you tried editing the damage settings while in the vertibird? It may fix your problem.

Yes I put up a post on the Mod page but nothing back from the mod author yet. And if I recall when I turn Vertibird damage off then when it happens it just continues to deal damage to me and you can hear the footsteps of my player so now the game thinks im running rather then flying in the vertibird and then I die.
