I'm a huge Captain Rex fan but I'm also really fond of Commander Wolffe, its a hard one but ill go with Captain Rex because he's one of the best clones in the clone wars.

When it all really guns down to it, I'd say I'm a fan of the medics like Kix, and Jesse.

Well, since its practically cheating to say Rex id have to go with Wolfe, aside from easily the coolest look and name he was probably one of the "Oh shit look whos on screen now!" characters everytime he popped up on the screen.

Heh, I'm going to disagree with you there, Clone Troopers are actually superior to stormtroopers, by Episode 5, most Clones who did not retire after Order 66 will either be too old or be taking a training role like Commander Cody. And coolness? again that will have to go to the clones simply because of how unique they can all be with their armor, each legion had their own markings and colours to distinguish them, you also had Clone Commando squads like Delta and Omega. The only Stormtroopers with unique markings are shocktroopers.

Commander Bacara he is a badass plus his armor is awesome,But Commander Thorn also because lets face it i think he had the best and most badass death scene.
