War never changes was really good I admit and has received little attention. If it was voiced, I'm sure it would have easily been a top 10 quest mod. Some little things such as voice acting (I mean obviously good voice acting) can make quite the difference.

Very true. I mean it's been a long time since the mod was released. Perhaps someone down the line could make a patch that gives some voice for sure. Even though I usually never go NCR, it was pretty interesting.

Well pizza if you want snow setting mods, you are going to have to wait until WIC is officially out. Than, I hope... comes out a lot of snow mods using WIC textures.

Winter is coming mod, it's not yet and only handful of us has access to the beta files. It pretty much overhauls the entire wasteland to a winter wonderland. Than, people can use all of these snowy textures to make their own quest/new lands mod.

I am assuming there would be snow, but wouldn't the snow be irradiated and constantly giving the player radiation poisoning? Hence, "Patrolling the Mojave almost makes you wish for a nuclear winter." So I am assuming the snow is irradiated.
