I hope they have a very nice revamped version of galactic conquest. As much as I love multiplayer, I hope they EA creates a fun and memorable campaign. They usually lack one in their shooters. This is kinda silly, but I would love to fly into battle in a clone gunship, but be able to look around at my fellow clones and nod my head to them.

This game has so much potential, but one thing that is frightening me is the possibility that their may not even be a Clone Wars era in this game which would bloody suck in my opinion. But even without the Clone Wars i still think that this game could be the BEST battlefront game in the franchise if they handle it right and don't turn it into a Star Wars battlefield expansion and make game play unique compared to battlefield with interesting mechanics and rewards to keep that player coming back,Also i think some character customization would be bad ass. Using the clone wars as an example say you're in a clan or something,So you can create like legion or company or something where each soldier shares a color scheme but being a higher rank in the game or in the clan or something gives you access to Kama's and pauldrons,I don't know i think it would be kinda cool. And as CatMan said a revamped GC would be awesome,The one from BF2 was rather shitty, something imitating one from the from empire at war would be nice With each planet having a bonus ability (Eg Mon calamari can build capital ships) and have different levels of income and i think it would work awesomely with the possible new features of the game, see instead of having separate battles,The battles would start in space where the attackers have to break the enemy blockade around a planet (if there is one) and then the ground battle begins once when one sides forces breaks the blockade or gets gunships through the blockade and then the ground battle begins with assistance from the fleet over head with fighter support and bombardments from capital ships... Okay at this point i'm just rambling on about my hopes and dreams for this game but i hope you enjoyed the read.

I feel like one reason for not putting the clone wars era in SW Batllefront 3 is due to the bots models, they would need to be adjusted/ changed or otherwise it might be a an advantage they would have over the clones, just a thought, but have they said the reasons why they wont??

Image removed.
That honestly blows about the no space combat.
@Brigamer - do not post images like that, even if the intent is 'humorous'. We have people from many cultures, places and walks of life here.
Edit: I'd like to apologize to anyone who saw the image, I should have known better and did not mean to cause offense. So for that everyone, you have my sincere apology and I hope you all have a fantastic day.

Really does, but lets hope its worth it in the end, now maybe they will be using all their time to make even more, lively, detailed worlds for us to play in!

My upcoming videos I think will describe very well that they are putting attention to detail and not using all features from Battlefield as they want this to feel like the true star wars universe. Can't wait till we get some gameplay, but sadly in one of my videos for later today, I go into why we most likely won't see any gameplay anytime soon...

@Apoqsi, I think I'll be switching between. Like for the most part I'll play 1st person but if I am flying around with a jet pack or need to get a sense of what is going on around me, I might switch to 3rd person
Also do you think we might get something at E3 or do you think it will be at a later date? I mean unless they push back the release date for November 11, we should at the very least see some content around summer or early fall.

I can guarantee we'll see public gameplay at E3 or even before hand. I don't see why they wouldn't show off the game and hype it if it's as great as they proclaim it to be and all of those who saw the exclusive footage loved it as well. Expect gameplay, just not anytime "very" soon, but do expect it somewhat soon

I just watched the gameplay trailers and wow, BF looks amazing. I'll be surprised if that's the game we actually end up playing, though - Dragon Age Inquisition looks great, but looked tons better in preview footage/screenshots.
Either way, definitely one of (if not the) most authentic SW gaming experiences I've seen from the looks of it.

I'm looking forward to the game still, even though I'm kinda disappointed about some of the original game's features not making it into this game, though maybe that's why DICE are presenting it as a re-boot rather than a direct prequel to the older games. I'm still sure it will be a fantastic game and after the trailer today I'm even more excited to see true gameplay footage from this game and of course ridiculously excited to eventually play it.
I think I'm going to enjoy playing as the Imperials the most and I believe 3rd person will be more my thing if I'm anything like I was on Battlefront 1&2
I agree with Tesvixen too, it looks incredibly authentic and believable, I can't wait to see more from it

I'd be really happy if it is, though I think what we saw in the trailer is going to be like the game but maybe with a few differences. Though definitely hats off to the Dice team for the environment design because it looks very close to the source material/inspiration.

Well looking at Dice's past attempts with a campaign, I'd much prefer them to focus their efforts on making the multiplayer relatively fun and with as little bugs as possible. ( However I do understand that there is no such thing as a perfect launch and even if they go through bug-testing and betas, there are bound to be more bugs.)

No clone wars, no campaign, no galactic conquest, no space battles, only 4 planets +1 as free dlc. And just wait for the microtransactions and DLC. I'm pretty disappointed. It'll probably just end up being a glorified mod for Battlefield like Hardline was.
I don't mean to be so negative, but it's a franchise from my childhood I feel very strongly about (as we all probably do), and I don't trust DICE, EA, and a scripted, pre-rendered two minute trailer.
Still, it might end up being a good Star Wars game but definitely won't be a good Battlefront game, if you know what I mean.
