| Hey VGU,
I've been perusing through YouTube comments and I've come across quite a few suggesting Fallout Co-Op. I was originally against the idea, but the more I think about the idea the more I realize its potential. I know this is not some amazing revelation - people have been suggesting since 3, maybe earlier? I'm still on the fence but my predicament is: Would it even work? If so then how? I don't know if Fallout dialogue is that flexible.. I obviously haven't put to much thought into the idea. Let me know what you all think.
Cheers guys and gals.

| http://www.vaultmp.com/showwiki.php?title=Download+binaries+source Try this one. I tried to play with a friend, everything worked out, but there were big problems with textures. Of course the ideal of gameplay should not wait. But there is something there. _________________ Dictum - Factum |

| I can remember that the Vault project's had something about Fallout 2 player coop on their page. You should check it out the link to TVP is under the "Latest Topics" "Alliances" I was not online for some time on TVP so maybe they have some news or even an alpha released. |

| There have been a few promising mods here and there for co-op but honestly they're either never finished or just not worth playing. _________________ Here's the honest truth, I'm just here for Armor! |

| I've been wanting a co-op mode on Fallout 3/NV recently too. I was actually playing New Vegas with my girlfriend on the weekend just gone ahah, she mentioned how a split screen mode or something would be great Obviously there are a few mods for it but it will probably never be like the way I think about on these games because of problems like mentioned above, it'll just be interesting to see if the future games in the series will pick up on this pretty neat idea |

| An option for co-op play in Fallout 3/NV has been something I have been interested in for quite some time. One of my best friends and I have wanted to roam the Wastelands, watching each others backs. I think that idea would be more reliable than just having companions with you, and much more "immersive". I do understand the issues of someone trying to implement it though, as the game engine was just not designed with that idea in mind. |

| I think co-op would be really fun. A pair of refugees from the vault, making their way in the Wasteland... I'd pay for that.

| Im pretty much against it for the same reason im against multiplayer, seriously just focus on the epic singleplayer you managed to deliver so far i mean you had enough bug´s in your games without focusing on another huge feature that will obviously cost additional effort, money = time etc.. and therefore disturb the creation of a perfect singleplayer experience. _________________ |

| I think Co-Op would be the most I'd be willing to go multiplayer in fallout but it would have to be done with special care. Fallout is a hard core RPG, one that is simply more than kill cams. Its player development. They can never get away from that experience because thats what moakes fallout or even elder scrolls so special. Elder Scrolls Online was a perfect example of the missing hard core feeling these games bring. |
