Subject: My game is broken. I need help. (FIXED) Wed Feb 11, 2015 12:26 am
Okay, at first my game was fine. Then, tragedy happened. I installed Project Brazil. FOMOD must have effed it up somewhere down the line because my game is BROKEN. If anyone knows a fix I'd be very happy.

I've seen that before. From those I would say your missing other mods that Project Brazil needs. double and triple check to make sure you have all the required mods for it to work.

Are you sure you have ALL Project Brazil's requirements and whats your current load order number? Like how many mods you have installed.

Might be too many plugins, the hard limit is ~139 , some people it's more or less. But you'll get that and invisible walls, acting weird NPC's and other such weirdness.

Not only will you need requirements but that happens also if you dont have a compatibility patch for the required mods.
For example Project Nevada and FOOK need compatibility patches to work since one file overwrites another resource causing that bug in game.
An easy way to fix this would be to download BOSS. BOSS will tell you if your game will have errors based on a database of what the mod requires and what the mod conflicts with.
If this still doesn't fix the problem you'll need to get the Fall Out New Vegas Edit (FNedit) and make a compatibility patch/merge patch. Here's a good place to start:

I actually disabled and uninstalled Project Brazil and I still have these along with pink loading screens and a textures start bugging out.

It means that some files are missing probably some dds or meshes files, try to chech the steam chache, i can tell you that probably its nothing to worry about or use fnv edit anyway check your files because the red annoyng exclamation point mean that something is missing

As Roy Betty said,it seems like you have too many plugins active,disable some of them and if everything works fine then,merge some of them (like all your weapon mods)

If you have installed any mod that alter the meshes of something, or add something in the exterior, try and uninstall it or reinstall it.

That's a lot of mods, 124 if I counted correctly? Try to merge some compatible mods with FNVEdit, or disable some and see if it helps I had this problem on occasion when I reached 120+ mods, it can cause the game to bug out like that, now I keep the load order under 100 to be safe.

try reinstalling using FOMM or NMM. Try to keep a low load order as some mods conflict with others. Another thing that might help is a program called LOOT, for your load order.

I've had that issue before. You are missing files that either need to be checked in a mod manager or added to your data folder.
My plan of action would be to uninstall recent mods and go into the game until you don't have that issue then start re-installing the mods one by one to see which is the issue. From the looks of your screenshot you seen to be missing some kind of meshes or textures that deal with plants? I can't tell exactly, but based off your load order it could be a conflict with a new mod you installed and any re-texture mods.
It's gonna take some time to evaluate your game, so be patient. I would go ahead and try LOOT. I have used it in the past but I have had experience with it actually breaking my game so tread lightly. I believe LOOT has an action report function where it will tell you error messages and conflicting mods. It is worth checking out.
One more thing, I know you have a lot of mods (like I said, patience) but you need to make sure you are following the installation instructions correctly for each mod. It sucks but it helps a lot because (trust me from experience) your whole game breaks because all you needed to do was un-check an .esp file in NMM and the mod author specifically tells you not to check it if you don't have this mod...
Anyways, like I said before start by un-installing recent mods to isolate the "problem" mod then determine what files need to be downloaded and installed for that mod, and also don't forget to follow the installation instructions on the mod author's page. Give LOOT a shot too and let me know how it goes.
