I believe Steve the Radroach would own Charon, Butch, Fawkes, Joshua and any others who would stand against him.

How and where these two fight can definitely factor in who is the winner.
But if you want a lore-friendly story it will be that Joshua Graham and Fawkes wouldn't fight at all they would most likely interact with each other until the other found a reason to kill the other. Joshua and Fawkes aren't thee, "Shoot first, ask questions later." type.

Joshua won't leave the Zion Valley that's for sure. He gotta lead the tribe there.

Either way, I feel that if one was to make a 1v1 they should also leave a scenario.

I don't know about Charon coming out of nowhere and owning Fawkes.. But if we're gonna bring other beings into this topic then it should be related to what we're mainly talking about, like Mart's Deathclaw Matriach. Bring 6 Deathclaw Matriachs and Fawkes is mutant chow mein. Joshua would probably win lore wise but in game..nahh. Still counting on dem answers though!

Those are some nice stats, but I still think a level 30 fawkes would just be too much in-game. You can have a perfect 10 S.P.E.C.I.A.L. and still get owned by Fawkes. Just saying.

I think from a logical perspective the location would be a big deal, I mean if it's a big open area or a small vault, that could change some outcomes. Not to mention I'm sure Graham is more agile and able to dodge Fawkes attacks but one hit from Fawkes he'll be down. Lets also consider what weapons they're using, is Graham using A Light Shining In Darkness or an Anti-Material Rifle or is Fawkes using a switchblade or Fawkes Super Sledge..or maybe a Gatling Laser.
