hihi i'm mars, i grew up on phpbb and vbulletin forums like this (largely the wotc/gleemax boards circa 2008?), so seeing the layout of everything from the message box to the emote window on the left? stuff's trippy man. in my spare time i write poetry and essays and for a living i write adcopy and reviews, hoping to contribute here by doing much the same

also i quite enjoy forum roleplay and might check that out if i like the board culture

Unfortunately the forums havent been active in a while, not as they used to be.
But we had some prose and poetry contests back in the day, not to mention all the screenshots tournaments.
I wish you could've seen it in its prime.
Either way, you could still find a few things worth checking out here and there.
Just be aware that there aren't anymore private mods or private subforums of any kind. Everything has been public for years.
