Cyclone learn, how bad are things in Freeside. Trying to learn more, she decide not enter The Strip yet.
Talking to locals, trying to help here and there.
She even take some ...jobs, just to gain trust and to learn more for ppl, that live there.

She even go to a old solar plant. Following advice of a Follower there, she divert power ot all community.

Cyclone saw, that things are really bad. NCR cannot even protect outskirts of Vegas and bring order to Freeside. And not confident about upcoming battle against Legion. Perhaps that Mr.House have better solution? It's time to meet him in person.

Mr.House:

Unaware for her motives, Mr.House offers her a money for returning the chip. But no support or a better solution for Mojave. From his world, Cyclone realize, that chip is some sort of advance tech device. And, that Mr.House cares actually only for Strip and profit, not for the rest of the world. She do accept his plan....but she did not decide anything yet. Things become more and more complicated.
While they settled in the apartment, that Mr.House gave them, Veronica approach and talk to her. About BoS. So Cyclone decide to go with her and meet them. Meeting goes not so good for Veronica,so Cyclone offer her help to the Elder. While helping them with some tasks she does visit some places.
