Hey yall! After putting 1000s of hours into NV on console I’m finally getting on the pc train. I didn’t think there would be such a dedicated community for a game that’s almost 10 years old but damn this place proves me wrong. Hope you’ll have me.

Edit. I got no experience on forums so I’m expecting to get run through the grinder when it comes to being online.

I love the fallout franchise for its massive amount of choice and engaging story telling. I’m currently replaying New Vegas to establish an anarchist society. FalloutNV>Fallout3>Fallout4

My fave head cannon is Dave after being ousted from his own republic in fallout 3 travels to the Mojave overthrowing house and establishing a iron fisted dictatorship that lasts a 1000 years.

Well howdy there Stranded and welcome to GUN and the mythical fairytale land of modding. If there is one thing I can tell you about this place,for a lot of people including myself,Fallout is life. Especially New Vegas. If you need any help with modding,I suggest watching some of Gopher's videos about New Vegas mods on youtube as a starting point,and if you need more help,feel free to ask around here. I'm sure at least a few of the veterans here can help you out. As for the forum,just follow the rules,don't be an ass,and chat with the other users. Other than that,this place is really chill and a great plave to talk all things Fallout and other video games. Enjoy your stay.

Awesome thanks man! I’ve got some experience modding Skyrim and Fallout 4 but I hear NV can be lil tricky so I’ll check out those videos.

New Vegas is a really unstable game in vanilla. If you need a good start, check out Gopher's videos on the subject. I recommend using either Mod Organizer or Fallout Mod Manager.
