I hope this is where I do this, but Hello! I'm excited to be apart of this new forum. The way I understand it, I need to build trust to use mods, but I have no idea whats going on. A youtube video led me here and I just want to play with mods

In terms of mods, almost all are public, but you can gain reputation and get access to some private mods.

@NathanCole27 it's a simple system once you understand it, there's public mods and private mods, public mods can be accessed by all members, but private mods can only be accessed by members of a higher rank/promotion, you obtain promotions by becoming an active and friendly member of the community you'll gain promotions by posting more e.g. at 500 posts you get the paragon rank/promotion/group, the group you'd have to be at least to access the private mods is Colonial (EDIT: i should mention Colonial isn't when you make a certain amount of posts, it's granted by the admins)

i became a colonial after around 3 months, but that was probably because i spent like most of my time just browsing the forums endlessly Sleep

but i'm going waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy off topic i'm sorry about that, Welcome!!!! to the best forum i've found on the interwebs, amazing people great mods (and exclusive mods too sometimes)i hope to see yah around.

Welcome, you access to all the public mods( which is most I think) the others are placed in sub section for modders how don't want all the hassle that comes with the wide general public. At least that's my take on it.
