A potential new fallout game?
What are your thoughts?

Could be interesting but I'm not getting my hopes up, maybe they're outsourcing the next Fallout game again or they've bought another studio to do a Fallout game, or maybe it's Fallout Shelter 2.

Could they get away with a Fallout 4 remaster? Like, it was HD already wasn't it?

And the fanfare does suggest a more relevant announcement, so...

Fallout 5? Fallout Online? Fallout: Brotherhood of Steel 2? (we can only hope)

I'd be willing to put money on it that it won't be anything substantial

As @Implying said, some crappy mini-game, or an existing Fallout but for a console port etc.

I'm hoping It'll be a new fallout game they've outsourced, like they did with new vegas but I think realistically that it's more likely to be a fallout 3 remaster or a new fallout shelter style game.

I swear... if its fallout shelter 2....

Or maybe they had one of their studios do a Fallout spin-off ala-FNV.

Probably going to be a switch port or Fo3 Remaster as much as I would love a spinoff,

I highly doubt it to be the case.

My respect for Bethesda would increase ten-fold if it actually were a sequel to Brotherhood of Steel. That would be ballsy to say the least.

I'll give Bethesda one thing though, they're marketing team's pretty damn great at building up hype and suspense.

Same here. I want to see a Fallout in Mexico and it is sad that we only have that game. It does not even have to be related to the Brotherhood, just a Fallout in Mexico.

Probably is a porting for switch but i really hope for a remake or something from obsidian even tho they tweeted they're not engaged in this project.

I haven't followed other port announcements. Have they always been this suspenseful?

Well Bethesda has a way of stirring up interest in the community. The thing is most of the speculation is wrong. I think I'll just wait to see what it is going to be - and not get my hopes up. The crashes when my choice isn't their choice are too great.
