| There are quite a number of weapon mods that NPCs are using mods weapons, such as like Fiend, Legion and so on. I searched some tips but none of them were helpful. Still, there was one tip about Level Lists in GECK, but I just don't know where to find and how to do with. So... could anyone please help me out with this question?

| If you were asking how to stop your mods from changing your npcs' vanilla weapons, I think you need to use tools such as FNVedit, and you need to alter the .esp/ .esm file because that's the part that makes npc to use mod weapons.
Try to use FNVedit and open the mod, an expand list of the mod content should show up. Look for the part that labeled "leveled list" and post up what's on there. We'll see what needs to be deleted.
