looking for other who play NV:MP and what you thought of it being a 40 player server and all, it's not too bad for me cos i can remember the locations of a lot of armors and weapons scattered around the waste

there's T-51B in the black mountain crater for anyone looking to give it a shot, power armor training isn't needed btw,

I'm waiting for private servers to open up. I want to work with players, not fight them.

Didn't played it. It is mod or some kind of New Vegas created like multiplayer? If it is multiplayer it can be modded with armor mods/pipboy replacer?

Eh, how the multiplayer works seems much more interesting to me than actually playing it, but I don't really know anyone either.

I haven't tried it myself however, but I have seen videos of it and whilst what they have done is quite impressive, it just isn't for me.

i did a few months ago but it was still too buggy so im waiting for them to fix alot of the bugs

@Onceknown same here, it's a good concept obviously but core gameplay on the server is pretty bad, other players can't see/kill/interact with any of the npc's on your screen meaning in a fight your friends can't help out and vice-versa, goodsprings is laggy as shit, and there's notta quest in sight. but still fun to run around the mojave with friends

I have always wanted to try New Vegas MP, but have never been 'brave' enough to try it. By brave, I mean uninstall my mods lol.

@GoofyGoo6er yeah that's the worst part for me, i never did that first time i booted up, so my pip-boy 2500 was stil installed, until i uninstalled it my char would just look at his hand even though i had a pip-boy on my wrist

I would love to play but i have more mods than the size of the game and it would be a pain in the ass to remove them all

I have thought about playing multilayer a couple of times, but never really looked into it. What exactly is the goal? Can you play quests?

@shocksword currently no, it's basically wandering the Mojave with friends but from what i hear it's growing, and private servers will be released in the future, which hopefully means actual proper game-play quests etc. players sharing npcs, as players see separate npc's on their screens, meaning if you kill chet and you're with your friend chet won't be dead on their screen, just yours

@Kaiser Atlas I figured that quests were to be limited to some degree, it would be hard to implement them due to things like the ncr Fiends bounty mission (the one where you have to keep their heads intact, can't remember the name). It would be interesting to see what happens in the future, I like the idea of an online fallout.

Is there will be quests? Is enemy respawning? I remember that enemy after clearing location they don't respawn.
