I came to this site not only because I enjoy mods and seeing the creativity that comes along with them, but because I wanted to really feel and interact with a community who I have heard much about when it comes to some of the best mods on the world wide web.

Some, have compared you to the BoS. Saying that you hoard mods and demand an "overzealous amount of interaction" before anyone gets their hands on it. I think, this is a very good incentive for people to want to participate in the community, not only do they get to see some cool secret mods, but also find friends and equal minded people. Its a win/win and one of my top reasons for joining, the other being that I want to put my maya/Z-brush skills to the test and start making some quality armor mods inspired by classics such as Dune, Mad Max, and 5th element. I hope to start contributing in the fall and end of this year. So keep your eyes peeled!

"come for the mods, stay for the community", it's a phrase that we use alot here on the site, and I can tell you it's rings as true as it does today, as it did when I first joined.
I can assure you with that mindset, you are welcomed here with open arms and I can guarantee that your going to make a ton of new friends.

Likke JJHughes said, anyone who understands and respects what a majority of people on this forum desire will always be welcomed with open arms. Modding is a passion for a lot of people and an art form in its own sense, keeping others work protected and spreading it to the right people is not too much to ask in the grand scheme of things. I always tell myself how I envy the ability of most modders on this forum because some of their talent is absolutely incredible.
