So I've run into a bit of an issue where my skill points and SPECIAL points will randomly begin to decrease. For example my current character has 50 skill points in guns. Now it is 48. I did not use any console commands to change it. This has happened several times to the point where my lockpick skill went from 50 to 27. Has anyone else had this issue? I do not think I have a mod installed that would cause skills and attributes to decrease over time.

@"imandalorian" You sure its not some chems you took or maybe getting a flashbang to the face? Flashbangs tend to debuff stats I believe.
