Good day, ladies and gentlemen...

It's come to my attention that yet another GUNet member has been sanctioned on Nexus for sharing screenshots there of ported content that they've downloaded from here.

Now, you well know Dragbody has made it abundantly clear, in all of his releases, that sharing Screenshots of his mods (or any ported mods) on Nexus might get you in trouble there.

Moreover, specifying that you've got the mods from GUNetwork, will more than likely get you banned by Nexus.

So even though we have no authority to act on behalf of Nexus, we're making an official PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT that you should by all means avoid posting screenshots of ported models of any kind on the Nexus network.
Moreover, do not mention, advertise or direct people from there to here, over their public channels.

GUNetwork doesn't need advertisement or promotion on Nexus.
People who come from Nexus typically look to download and play, and often throw a fit when they reach GUNetwork, because we're a modding community and not a download hub.
GUNetwork looks to engage people in the community, to encourage giving feedback to our modders, to socialize, to benefit from mutual growth and support, in collaboration and friendship. So the rules and expectations are different here, and we like it that way.

To be clear, we will not issue sanctions here on GUN, if you do post screenshots on Nexus, but it's more than likely that Nexus will sanction you there, on Nexus. So this is our advice and safety warning, of a sort.

Consider yourselves informed.

Honestly, the Nexus is too damn strict. I once seen someone get a ban threat for simply asking how they could port a weapon from NV to Fo4 for their game. That's kinda what I love about GUN. Allows modders to let loose, and ask whatever questions they want, post whatever pictures.

Once I had a doubt with a mod, I asked in the forum and they answered me in a bad way and with semiburla, (I want to point out that it was a personal experience, I do not say that Nexus is a bad place) since then I told myself never I would go back to that forum, and I think I have found a place where I am at ease with people, and it is in this forum
