Well it's pretty simple. I was browsing mods and I came across Nexus and the work of many of the modders here. I love modding my games so I searched on YouTube for mods until I watched one of Ncrvet's videos and was linked to this website. Couldn't believe that the best modders in the Fallout modding community were situated here in this lovely community.

So here I am and I'm loving every minute.

After finishing FO 4, I got back to New Vegas and this time I tried to mod my game as best I could. Found out that XRE Cars were released and was looking for something "Interceptor-y" like for my game. Then I found out about the Wasted Cars mod and PMd Matell, who directed me here.

Ever since, I tried my hand at modding and just making small edits to the game, customizing the outfits to my liking, snipping a few parts here and there with Nif Skope, etc. Its been nice. Although I havent posted much, the forums here helped me a lot.

I was looking for Rainbow Six Siege ans Star Wars armor for Fallout 4 on Reddit then someone pointed me here, I'm glad they did I love this site! <3

Thanks to NCRVet's mod showcases I originally join GUN back in 2014 to join the community, browse the forums and give some mods a try but due to unforeseen circumstances I had to give up fallout and gaming as a whole for a while. I recently got back into gaming and modding and was watching NCRVets video again and decided to give GUN another try and be more active in the community.

It goes waaaayyy back, back when this was all f3underground. I remember watching a yt video about modern warfare 2 armors for Fallout 3 so I joined and I've been with community ever since.

I joined because I surfed the web and found this site somehow. I am so freaking glad i did though. The people here are awesome and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I have. CHEERS!

I was looking for MODS of real weapons for FALLOUT 4, specifically the M4, and I did not find, and I was desperate, I did not know any page (apart from nexus) but the mods were not what I was looking for, anyway ... searching and looking (Here it was hidden) and here I stayed (not only for the mods) I found a very good community to talk about different topics and it also helps me to practice and learn my basic English with the other members

I was introduced when I seen the riddick companion mod by dragbody

I came across one of the members’ pics in FNV nexus or perhaps another site of some sort, asked a few questions, and went to the old site.

Ive been a member since late 2010 back when, as @BigBossMan mentioned, was originally called F3Underground (my current signature below was the original site banner at the time)

I was led to the GUNetwork Community from from Igby's "fallout-blackmarket.webs" site (which surprisingly, is still up!)

He had a cool Red Eye Mod which were Cyber Ninja looking goggles for Fallout 3 but it was not hosted on Nexus (NewVegas was out for only a few weeks).

On Igby's FAQ page, he had a link to the f3underground.com site which hosted his Section 8 Armor mods for Fallout 3. From there, I was an active member all the way until the original site finally closed - Was upset too as I was two screenshots away from taking 1st place rank in the "Guess the Screenshot" contest.

Actually, I've been part of the site back when it was called "F3U" or Fallout 3 Underground. I forgot my name back then, but I had a HD full of mods from that era. I heard it was shut down so it's most likely the last remaining archive from those days. Or would be, if the HD in question didn't crash, what a waste

I was looking specifically for tactical military gear, plate carriers and such. A friend on the Nexus send me a private message that simply said google this site...nothing else, just that. I joined almost on the spot after reading through some of the forum and realizing this was a very comfy and kick back place with lots of excellent mods and topics. Might be the best PM I've gotten in awhile.

for me it was just a normal day watching an alchestbreach video then i see him using hitman animations so i check the description to download the mod and that how i stumble on to gunetwork

I came onto this site years ago,I remember the old layout along with some of the people who no longer come here, sheesh its scary how quick time goes by sometimes....

I found out about the Fallout: New Vegas - Upgrades from the Commonwealth mod and saw that you could only get the mod on here if you were reputable with the GUN.

Honestly in the first place I only made this account to get access to the hidden mods, now though i really dont care about them, I am just here to have a chat with the community.

Was told about this spot about one of the developers on a different project. Spot on place. Love it and the people here.

A long while ago as I was watching an AlChestBreach vid and one of the mods he covered was a GUN mod. Can't remember which one it was though.
