What is a good character overhaul other than FCO?
What are some good weapons and armor mods?

FCO is the best you'll get in terms of character overhauls.
As for weapon mods, I've got two huge one's and one smaller one for you.
Big weapon mods-Millenia's weapon mods and Mojave Terror by Aarius (use FOMM for these)
Smaller mod-Gunniversary Weapon Pack by Aarius (again, use FOMM)

Armor mods, just about anything by Dragbody, but here's a link to some of my favorites by him.
