I'm looking for a script command that adds a delay to an object being enabled at the end of my quest. Appreciate any help.

Could you elaborate on what you're trying to do? Like, timed? Or for it to be enabled once a certain point is reached? Or both? Timed delay after something else is activated?

This has a time delay.

Disclaimer: I don't have any experience with actually scripting, I just get how it works. Gotta come up with something some day, it's just a shame I can't get cell view to work in the GECK.

So here's what's up:
Do a quest to repair a truck. I have a broken truck and a fixed trucked placed in the same spot. The fixed truck is initially disabled. After the quest is completed the broken truck is disabled and the new truck is enabled. I'm looking for a way to delay the swap for a day, so the truck isn't immediately repaired after completion.

Ooh, I actually have a mod with scripts that do that to reference. Afterschool Special. There's a ton of ordering room items that then appear after a set number of days. I'm just grabbing the script used to activate replacing a fence after a few days.

Hopefully that helps? I guess what you're looking for is the GayDaysPassed global variable.

Worked perfectly. Here's the final code i made with this if you're interested.
