we have all seen the BOS airships both in fallout 4 and in tactics along with the Enclaves vertibirds and even in New Vegas with the Boomers B-17 Flying Fortress and the hulks ov other flyable craft across the wastes i would like to ask how you would feel on air combat dogfights and so on like we see in the up coming The Frontier mod but something on a much larger scale i know this is all pipe dream talk but it is something i find very interesting and would love to hear more thoughts from the community on their thoughts it could open up new types ov enemies like raider airships and so on {i know they might not have the know how to build a BOS styled airship but still } i look forward to hearing your ideas on this subject it has been something that has been bouncing in my skull for a week and im just now posting it haha.

Seeing how fallout has kind of a battlefield type render style Fallout 3 and 4 did from what I know I think that it would work somewhat besides If it's not a helicopter it's just a piloted missile to me.

How about another Fallout game in the Mid West. This is gonna be crazy. An RPG, with drivable airships, planes, tanks, trucks, and all that. Full on dogfights as you traverse the Great Planes. There could be battles between the BOS, Rogues, Raiders, and other factions. Maybe some possibilities of deciding whether to nuke entire cities or not. I would see raiders flying their victims into their crumby, very flammable hot air balloons, that would explode in a fiery maelstorm.

Yeah the raiders probably wouldn't come close to a BoS style anything that can get off the ground haha, but I can definitely picture them using a small hornet(halo) size vertibird style aircraft like the ones the raiders use in Borderlands 2. Those guys always cracked me up.

@MotionlessGhost it would be neat for sure i enjoyed tactics aa lot the story it had was cool a little non canon but i looked over a bit here and there but it would be cool to see things in todays fallouts game style

@Heracles totally could see that or just hijacked vertibirds their bases would be shacks hanging off moutain sides haha would be killer

I hope we see a fallout game in China where there is a Chinese type 'Enclave' where the government of China survived and is wreaking havoc on anyone opposed to them. We would see chimera tanks () and some vertibirds. GOD THAT WOULD BE BADASS

@hershal721 as much as id love to see the chimeras back i don't believe we would sense they were just a modified mining rig when china took hold ov anchorage but seeing how china took the bombing would be cool if id have to guess things got blown back to the futile age and what power armor was there when the US went on a counter take over would be modded to look more like something towards the ming dynasty anyway it would be a nice thing to see how the designers would go with it.
