| I know you can modify the chance of a critical being scored against you in New Vegas, and I know you can modify the damage done by your own criticals in New Vegas. But is there a way to modify the amount of damage done by criticals against you in New Vegas?

I think I can only change the damage together, less solo as you said

| Are crits without perks not just double the standard weapon of the damage after calculating defense and perks of you and your opponent .... might be that it's simpeler though |
