I am not that damn blind , I am aware FO3 is limited
but it was kinda first and I sadly do kinda like it ,and aim to fix what I now dislike
it does suffer in execution and well its everything compared to Vegas in terms of modding
Id would to ask for someone who has spend time in that Silent Hill of a tool
To give me a *Idiots Guide* on what to expect and possibly cry myself to sleep
My skills in the GECK go as follows  , made a random note appear in your inventory that says your a jackass and even this letters knows it  
but beyond that my mere tiny human brain cant even rival
what Hopper31 has done , I just try to model crap
Give me an example , like idk
*Make a coat with physics - nope
*Make a First Person anim ? possible
*Make New Idle Anims - Ye no

also would you kindly not start a War on with game is better
Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas are both good games , one diffrence being
one is pg-13 and the other has an M rating
