So this website has a ton of people making awesome races for your character to select when creating a new character. (mostly Dragbody)
Only problem is that when you try to change it on an excisting character you must use showracemenu. And then all your perks are fucked.
Then you must find all the perks you have, find the codes, remove all the perks and add them again and then you are done.
I did this only once and it took me a half hour atleast and i felt it was worth it but one day i looked in third person and saw my gorgeos tom hardy was suddenly an ugly bald man and i already quicksaved over it. Now i roam the wastes as ugly bald man using facemasks.

So my idea is a script that reconizes your perks, removes them and then enables them again.
Not sure if this is able to be made or already excists but i hope maybe one day a godly being will enter this comment section and answer me.

Unfortunately I haven't found a mod specific to what you describe but theres Item Browser by Tomm on nexus that lets you brows your missing perks from all plugins then give them to your character after you change your race. Its easier than looking for ID codes for each perk..

Thanks to both of you for giving a bit of help.
I have installed both of them and i will see which one is the easiest.
Like broccolimonster said the id finding and typing took the longest time of the process so it can be shortened if only one of them also lets me remove the perk first.
Then the only thing i have to do is have a few screenshots of all my perks by hand.

i used the console version and not the mirror version which looks great but i read somethings do not work properly. The console version worked perfectly (at least i didn't notice any loss of any perk etc.)

@"theoldwise" I used that one before and both mirror and console disabled perk progress.
Best way to check is when you got implants and that special stats go down.

Well i used the mod that @"broccolimonster" mentioned and it seemd to work mostly.
I say mostly because i noticed two things being off.
Only charisma was 1 point off and melee weapons was 2 points off.
I am pretty sure i turned off and turned on everything but atleast most things were right.
Also because it did not let me choose to get 1,2,3 of a perk and only 1 i had to add those manuelly but i hope i won't have some perks that are inactive now.

Also in other note. The mod that broccolimaster reccomended did reconize the mods the player has and does not have so i am pretty sure my mod request could be made into a real thing.
