So the monsters from the infamous Assasin's Creed Unity which is still fucking buggy, took my friend's faces! All jokes asides I had missing NPC faces after I installed New Vegas Redesigned 3. I already re installed the mod and turned archive invalidation off and on so any help now is greatly appreciated.

Most probably it's an issue of missing meshes. Have you installed dependencies like FCO 2.3.1? And you made sure that ur download is complete? If you did, your archive invalidation maybe working incorrectly. What mod manager are you using? If ur using Mod Organizer, make sure ur Fallout - Invalidation.bsa is at the top under the Archive>Data tab.

You can also refer to TheHermit's video for proper installation tutorial of NVR 3
