I can't recall a character that is more of a pest than Preston Garvey. Although I have him as the most annoying guy, I have to award Oliver Swanick as my most hated character.

His entire encounter is extremely annoying, from the sound the voice to his dialog and appearance. I'm petty sure I end up killing him in every single one of my playthroughs.

Myron because drugs are bad. And when i played originally his character porter scared the bejesus out of me seriously creepy.

strong pure and simple hates everything you do so i sent him to the cornfields AKA murkwater construction site but my 2nd runner up is for sure is the majority ov the NCR high ranking office members like president kimball even on my NCR playthough i just wanted to let him take a missle to da face from ol annabelle haha.

I will always have a particular hate towards the Super Mutant with the missile launcher on the top of Black Mountain. Marcy may be annoying but at least I haven't died by her hands and had to restart at the base of the mountain. Every playthrough I say to myself "No not this time!" but that suddenly turns to rage when I get killed. Raul is worth it though, my favorite sarcasm ridden ghoul.
