I don't really hate Preston as much as I find his constant side quests tedious and annoying. A far as pure hatred goes, I'd have to go with some of the higher ups of the Brotherhood of Steel and the Institute. I can't stop myself from thinking "You dense motherf***er" everytime I hear them talk about why their way is right.

The Institute Father, i hate him so much. he seems so nice but hes just using my character and is very stubborn about it.

I hated Father. Absolutely hated him and everything about the Institute. The absolute lack of professional ethics has driven me up the wall.

Preston Garvey because he doesn't stop to give annoying settlement's quests and the quest's menu starts to become overloaded.

Maxson, Maxson and Maxson. I just dislike the dude. He went from an innocent little kid that was obnoxious and always citing the BoS rules to one of those military folk that are by the book.. which is rather annoying to me. Plus he changed what made the Eastern BoS so favorable.

Doctor Li. Mostly because I killed her in Fallout 3 for being a colossal pain in the behind, and then she comes back in 4. I guess she's a synth now.

Lets see here. I can list a couple people that I hate. In fallout 3, I really hate colonel autumn just being a super douche and for killing my papa . The next one and I am sure everyone will agree with me, is sticky. OH MAN HE IS SOOO ANNOYING!!! Lol. Yeah he is just too damn annoying telling us he is a big boy trying to sound tough but still acts like a kid telling us a story while escorting him. If it weren't for me trying to get XP to level up, I would of ignored his ass. The next one would probably be Dr. Li. She has way to many anxiety attacks while escorting her and when she went ape $#&% on the speaker trying to get the elder to help lol. Last in fallout 4, so far I hate freaking kellog for being another douche and being so cocky when trying to confront him for the last time.
