There is no need for a d3d9.dll fix once you have a mid range computer and these fixes you are good to go 1. 4GB Fallout New Vegas Updated : [url]http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/55061/?[url].
2. New Vegas Stutter Remover : [url]http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/34832/?[url].
3. Fake Fullscreen Mode Windowed - Alt Tab Fix : [url]http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/41381/?[url].
4. NVAC - New Vegas Anti Crash : [url]http://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/53635/?[url].

The only time you need a d9d9 fix is, when you have a optimus laptop like me. closed eyes smile

I've been told that the D3D9.dll patch was no longer needed since Fallout NV had a patch that later fixed this issue. Just to be safe though, I would install it. However, it keeps resetting my settings every time I install it.
