i saw the earlier post for death in skyrim now im asking for FO3 and NV , for me in NV was at primm and i didnt know stimpaks healed you so i used drugs and i died from withdrawler but in FO3 was at the super duper market

My first death in fallout nv was at quarry junction. I was walking along when a deathclaw jumped out of nowhere ank killed me

for me it was fallout 3, i tried to kill lucas simms to get his gun but i was like level two so died pretty quick

In Fallout 3 it was an army of molerats (at least 2) when I was on my way to Tenpenny Tower. I was still at the beginning so I tried to walk the whole way from Megaton. Didn't go too well.
In Fallout New Vegas I can't remember.

In fallout 3 i was a low level i got killed by an Yao Quai by exploring, then fallout new vegas i got killed by a death claw.

In Fallout 3 i went to SuperDuperMart ( Difficulty is Very Hard ) with low ammo and stimpaks got raped by raiders
In Fallout New Vegas i saw in the internet that Quarry Junction has a 25,000 caps in it and there's a fatman in the middle of it, got trolled and died

Sadly, it was hunting geckos with Sunny Smiles in the very beginning. I was trying to save the settler getting attacked near the well and decided to jump down to save the damsel in distress. Lo and behold, I got killed by those little bastards

I was feeling righteous after slaughtering the geckos at the beginning and thought it would be fun to fist fight a cazador, sadly, i was dead within 5 seconds.

I believe in FO3 I died at the school near Springvale to those raiders inside.
New Vegas was Goodsprings Source with the Wild Wasteland part with the geckos and that dead guy with the rubber balls everywhere. The geckos were stronger than me at that point.
Both of these were a few years back now, and I go prepared these days! ^_^

Fallout 3? Deathclaw nest I wandered into. Fallout NV? Accidentally fell into the crater near Goodsprings.
And hell, as a bonus, Fallout 4, got stuck inside a rock and was beaten to death by angry raiders.

I am so very ashamed to say it was a mole rat on fallout 3 :') it was my first time on a fallout and i didnt know about stimpaks or how the health system worked, it killed me like 5 times leading me to think it was some kind of high level enemy... turns out i'd been walking around with one HP for like an hour
