So I installed Call of Duty Ghosts Custom Overhaul and rain of problems hits me.

I'm not available to enter Doc Mitchel's house (crash)
Can't start new game or use showracemenu.
Some saves are bugged and I can't load them.
Also companions look like this.

If companions are outside they turn to rainbow.Literally.
I tried reinstalling and still same thing.

Sounds like you have a conflict with another mod or you may have too many plugins in your load order or your load order hasn't been sorted.

Download and install LOOT (click to go to site), install then run.

Use the [spoiler] tags to post your load order so we can take a look and see if there is a problem with it.

Well I always used BOSS.But might be problem between unrecognised plugins.

And by disabling ghost's race I can access mitchel's house and start new game or showracemenu.

Right-off the bat your load order doesn't look right. Run LOOT and see if that gives you a different result.

Also, which mod organizer are you using? FOMM? NMM? MO?

Edit: first problem I see is you have PerkEveryLevel.esp loaded along with Project Nevada - Rebalance.esp. You do not need the PerkEveryLevel.esp and it will cause conflict with Project Nevada. I would suggest you remove PerkEveryLevel.esp as it is not needed.
