They've just announced there will be about a dozen companions in the game!
EDIT: They also talked about perks, and how they are tied to the SPECIAL. They didn't talk about skills
Check The Shots of the pipboy , No skills section (E3) , i think they removed it ,Why? Bec i don't think they hadn't finished the game before E3 maybe Bug Fixes But not the game and the pipboy itself. and i think that's for the better it allows Better Role-play , Like now i can't put Points in Guns and bam i know how to handle EVERYSINGLE weapon excpet energy and big weapons. Also The Crafting Used perks (requires science perk 1) Not requires repair/science skill ,Which means a more focused system on S.P.E.C.I.A.L and Perks
Did I hear the guy in the video mention we could have relationships with our companions? Guess that means the player's spouse must have died in the vault or something (I remember there were theories that she/he could still be alive, this could confirm that your spouse actually does die at some point in the story)

Yep, it's becoming more and more like Mass Effect with everything we learn. Nothing against Mass Effect, but if I wanted to play it I would.
I always figured fallout 4 would have relationships anyway, considering Skyrim had relationships too (although skyrim's romances felt too tacked on and a little bit brief).
I actually hope Fallout 4's romances are like mass effect's to be honest, where the romance acts like a sub plot and you get to know and grow with said companion. I feel like that is necessary after Skyrim's marriage system (which in my opinion was a little ridiculous, go on an errand for a complete stranger then marry them three minutes later.)

I'm fairly certain that the developers look at the most popular mods when making a new game and try to professionally implement those mechanics in their next game; i.e. Iron Sights and hardcore mode in New Vegas and what looks like RTS for Fallout 4.
If they go adult content on us, we've only ourselves to blame...

Fallout has always traditionally shied away from blatant adult content. The worst there's been is subtle innuendo in dialog and fade to black sex despite the games having always carried an M rating.
This is somewhat impressive considering Fallout 2...:
had a porn film business as a sidequest and male player characters could impregnate the wife and/or daughter of the head of one of the New Reno families.
They didn't adopt adult content in NV despite how many adult mods popped up for Fallout 3, so I would be genuinely surprised if they added it to Fallout 4. There were [somewhat meaningless] marriages in Fallout 2 as well. I haven't really played Skyrim, so I dunno what things were like in it.
Sometimes petitions like this work, some of them don't, in my experience anyway. There was a petition back when Hitman Absolution was going to be released to bring the original voice actor for Agent 47 back which succeeded, so who knows, maybe this petition will work.
