@mpaz96 Well its quite hard because I've only got to Super Duper Mart and Wilhelms Warf (anywhere near it) causes crashes so i haven't been able to advance beyond those two.

There is TTW version of Momod, this and only this version, carefully read installation instructions:

I have also loot of crashes at the start, and everything was memory related because after mods like:

@havocm Momod and MMM are two different mods.

@war1915 You'll have to do it the boring way and uncheck mod by mod until you see which one has the problem.

TTW requires mods that have been reworked to be compatable. Body mods, Textures etc all have to be setup for TTW to work properly. Each mod you install to TTW must be checked to see if:

1) it does need a TTW compatibility
2) there is already a patch or someone working on creating a patch.
3) are there steps to get it to work properly.. for example Texture replacers often times are instructed to install the FO3 version first then the FNV version over it for best results.

Without the above when you go somewhere where a script is running etc that needs a patch.. you crash. If you uninstalled all the mods except TTW you should work fine. Then as a poster mentioned above add a mod one at a time until you find the mod causing the issue. That or check for each mod you intend on using and how to configure it to work with TTW.

If you are careful you should be able to run TTW very stable. It just takes more work to setup properly.

Yeah you have right there are monsters and there and this is confusing;)
Anyway MMM works for me and it comes witch MCM this is the link and detailed instructions how and where to make this work.

You can check your mods but I think this is memory related because I have problems like you and heavy lag and crashes around Wilhelms Warf and Super Duper Mart, and I solved this with performance mods.

@havocm Don't worry man, people always confuse those two.

@war1915 havoc is probably right, this is usually due to memory issues, that's why I asked if you used 4GB enabler.
