Star Wars: The Force Awakens
There's also talk of a teaser trailer soon. Now I know not everyone loved the prequels and may not have a lot of faith in this new trilogy but I'm quite hopeful (and personally I liked 2 and 3 and... some of 1). Also, while I was surprised by the sale to Disney I was never really worried, think whatever you will about them as a corporation they make good movies, and have proved they can avoid meddling in 'separated' intellectual properties with the marvel movies so yeah, I'll admit I'm getting my hopes up.
Sorry if this topics been brought up before, talked about to death or if this should just be in the general Star Wars thread, I'm new. But what do you all think or feel about the new movies or this new title?

I've got my hopes up as well, I really really REALLY hope they do not flop with this one. But all the other star war's were great. So please disney no flop XD!

What is the time frame for this one? After the Sidius death?

According to most sources it takes place 30 years after Return of the Jedi, so I guess that'll help with how much the original cast has aged lol

Hopefully disney will do a good job, i have high hopes that they will because the Avengers movies are great and they where disney productions.

i think disney will do a good job. i also dont get my every one hated the prequels i didnt think they were that bad

I actually like the name. I hope the movie isn't a letdown like the Hobbit series. I enjoyed all six episodes and the clone wars series. Really curious to see what the story is about.

I'm wondering if they will bring back Ashoka, since she was killed in any movies, games or books yet. Also, let's not forget that if JJ Abrams mess up, we get to call him Jar Jar Abrams.

The new Sequel Trilogy will be everything we could hope for from the continued story of the Originals. No doubt in my mind they will be the perfect missing pieces to the best saga ever.
