 VGU Weapon mods?

PostSubject: VGU Weapon mods?   Fri Apr 10, 2015 11:05 pm

I downloaded both RSA and the BF4 weapons packs, but even when I disabled many plugins they would crash my game whenever I neared the RSA test armory with RSA on, or simply when I tried to fast travel with BF4 weapons enabled. Did my downloads just corrupt? Or did anyone else have a similar problems? Please help as both packs look amazing.

edit: also I never had them enabled together, only seperately.

I have BF4 running by means of FOMM, and it works fine.

I'm too lazy to check, but perhaps those mods are incompatible with one another?

I'll try FOMM but I never had them enabled at the same time, only seperately.

FOMM will automatically install mods. Once you have it installed, all you've got to do is go to the Package Manager, add the package (the .ZIP or .RAR file that you've downloaded) to FOMM, and double-click to enable it. It'll begin to install, and once it tells you it's successfully installed, you can check the main page and you should see it ticked off. Launch the game from the button and you're all set.

You have to enable the rsa and bf4 weapons from NMM and FOMM and enable em from your NV launcher then disable and re enable archive invalidiation maybe

Unfortunately, these methods didn't work, as the game crashed very soon after loading a save.

I have R.S.A and Batlefield pack and it's working fine
perhaps should be a conflict or inconpatible mods

I tried installing RSA again through FOMM, and this time the game crashes before it even reaches the main menu. I went into FNV Edit and noticed that while the .esm file was not installed, the file header for the R&S .esp file did not list it as a master.

I just installed them manually and I have no issues. Are you also running the EarRJAmmoProject.esm? Also try putting RSA below the BF4 weapon pack on your load order. If nothing else works, run BOSS and Wrye Flash.

i would check with the mod managers as well as use a load orderer. im not sure, but i think BOSS hasnt been updated in a long time. I recommend LOOT, becasue it works with TESV, FNV, F3, and TESIV.
