This Is My Boom Stick!- increases damage for any type of shotgun by
10-15% as well as increased reload speed on when
using a shotgun.

A Farewell to Arm's- your damage when using any melee weapon's are
increased by 5%, however your attack speed is slowed
down by 15%.

Sleepless Night's- Say Goodbye to Sleeping to Outdoor's or Indoor's. Cause
once the Sun Goes Down, The Abomination's will come out
and Play. and by play i mean with your recently dead
corpse.


Hearing Thing's and Seeing Thing's -Your Perception and agility are increased
by 3, however people around you will
now think your chem addict. your
speech and barter skill as well as
sneaking have decreased by 10.

Competetive Shooter: +%10 more accuracy in VATS but VATS consumes more AP points

Beginer:Automatic weapons have +%10 more recoil but you have a higher chance of doing a critical

Spray and Spray: Dual wield pistol but with -%50 accuracy

Rifle Expert:Rifles have +%10 accuracy +%10 fire rate but every other gun gets a %5 penalty on those stats

90's SWAT: +%20 accuracy with shotguns -%10 accuracy with SMG's and pistols's

The German Officer: -%10 recoil +%10 fire rate with pistol's but -2 charisma

Thy Chinese Spy: +%20 better at stealthbut -1 charisma(%20 scales with your stealth skill so at 100 stleath you would have 120 stleath)

Puffed Out: -%20 explosive damage taken -%5 moving speed

Energized: +%10 moving speed -2 perception

The Joker: Can intimidate enemies mid fight to fight for you

They've got mods that do most of these! ANd there a big, big animation project called Solid by Tom Inginate that adds in stealth kill/subdue animations.

"Fight or flight - when an npc engages in Combat the player gets +30% speed, but if the player attacks it back it then becomes +30% damage instead." Does this sound stupid?

The potency of a stimpak increases with each enemy killed, and slightly stacks up to a certain point.

"Love for the bomb": in addition to regular damage, explosive weapons cause radioactive damages that make an area temporarily toxic. The radioactivity rate and its duration depend of the weapon you are using.

Headbutt: can only be used to start unarmed combat, knocks the target over if they have lower strength, if the npc's strength is higher they simply get stunned for a few seconds, has a low percentage chance To cripple the players head

Replacing Animal Friend with how it was in 3/NV.

'Live another life'. After you die, you have the option of respawning, or transferring to the nearest non-essential/protected NPC and taking over their life!

@PsychicKaiser better will be the "Psychedelic" perk
When you use drugs - you will have 1-2 hour trip with benefits (+2 INT; +3 PER)

While in populated areas such as casinos and the Strip, you gain +4 to Luck and +1 to Intelligence. MUST BE LEVEL 16 OR HIGHER TO ACQUIRE.

"Return to Me"

With this perk, your companions can respawn even in hardcore mode. MUST BE LEVEL 25 OR HIGHER TO ACQUIRE THIS PERK and MUST HAVE 7 CHARISMA.

You become a legendary glowing feral ghoul for a short period of time, during wich you deal 3x melee damage and emit 50radsper second. You also gain 3x damage resistance.

Good affinity with the children of atom

Mr BEHEMOTH

Your exposure to gamma radiation makes your angry version look... greener.
You become a Super Mutant Behemoth for 1 hour if you have less than 20 hp in combat or if 3or more radroaches are ANNOYINGLY STOPPING YOU FROM GETTING TO YOUR OBJECTIVE, SO YOU CAN SMASH THEM AND MAKE THEM AS FLAT AS A FILTHY ROACH CAN BE! ARRRGH MUTIE ANGRY!
Activated once a week.

shapeshifting strain of FEV (quest item)

Curious Scavenger – All those days of hauling around useless junk has finally payed off! Miscellaneous items now sell for twice as much and you can now create junk mods at the workbench for a unique twist to combat.

3 – 5 - 9   - After reading through numerous “Nikola tesla and you” books you start to tap into the geniuses’ mind! Energy weapons do 30% more damage and you can now crack ‘Hard’ safes and locked doors with a little scrap metal and thought.

You’ve got a friend in me -  Your childhood senses are tingling! Whenever you pick up 5 toys your agility increases by + 1 (for a max of + 3)

Combat Repair – Not again!! While in combat your repair skill increases and you can perform repairs at a much higher skill lev
