FOMM Crashing When Activating RSA

Just spent ages mod troubleshooting for a problem I had in-game. I uninstalled RSA as I thought it was a potential candidate, however the problem was to do with Hitman's 1st Person Overhaul.

So now, when trying to activate RSA again, FOMM has now started saying:

SevenZip.SevenZipException: The execution has failed due to the bug in the SevenZipSharp.
Please report about it to http://sevenzipsharp.codeplex.com/WorkItem/List.aspx, post the release number and attach the archive.
at SevenZip.SevenZipBase.ThrowException(SevenZipBase handler, Exception[] e)

And stops working altogether.

I've tried reinstalling it, re-packaging it and re-adding it but nothing. I don't even use SevenZip, I use WinRAR...
This is pretty much completely out of the blue, however I once had this problem when I was installing RSA for the VERY first time, but after a couple of tries, it worked. Now, it simply won't activate...
What exactly is going on here?

Well you could try installing it manually, If that doesn't work I'd try re installing or removing the first person overhaul...have you tired other mods to see if FOMM can handle them? But from what the erros message looks like it might be a problem with FOMM's internal extractor or something. Don't quote me on that, I'm no wiz...But yet try unpacking and installing manually, and mark the files so you can remove them if necessary, then see if FOMM has the .esp in the load order

Ugh, it literally just decided to work this time. How incredibly frustrating.
I don't really know what to do with this mod. It's now activated and running like it was but does this mean I should not even think about touching that 'deactivate' button as I will be reactivating over and over just to get it to work again?

If you have a problem with the mod that has been posted here, why don't you just post in the topic? I mean, that's where you can get Master_Shifu (the mod's author)'s attention or, if it's the animation's problem, then hitman's , posting a whole new topic about this might just make him missed it.

Hmm, ok well, this topic isn't actually supposed to be a bug report or complaint about a mod, despite the slightly misleading nature of the use of names of mods.
I was and still am, pretty much certain that the problem isn't to do with the mod, rather a problem with the archive and/or with FOMM, I only used names of mods as a use of specificity, for example, RSA being a big mod might have something to do with errors with FOMM right? Maybe, I'm not an expert.
So basically, I wanted some troubleshooting help, rather than a criticism of the post itself, something that I'm already largely aware of anyway.

Anyway, thank you for the suggestions teegfonv. I was very close to installing it manually but it suddenly decided to work. I also think it was to do with FOMM playing up, rather than anything else. Meh, I don't plan on uninstalling anything major right now haha.
