So hello, folks; I don't usually do a lot of forums and networking, but I am a huge supporter of modding, so I figure that I might develop a new interest and new acquaintances as I wait to download some cool mods.
Mods are like condiments on a burger - can't eat it without them. Every single game that I own that has mod capabilities is modded. I love the community's creativity, I admire their skills, and I am a strong supporter of them. I guess that's one of the main reasons I'm pining for mod access, because I feel that it could help me interface with the community even further by reviewing them, making requests, and reporting bugs.
Some of my favorite games to mod include Skyrim, Fallout: New Vegas, and Minecraft, just to throw out a few. I also play on Xbox LIVE, primarily GTA Online.
When I'm not gaming, sleeping, or procrastinating in a general sense, I'm writing a science-fiction novel about a werewolf apocalypse in Scotland. I'm really excited about it, and I'm having a great time working on it. I want to be an author if I grow up (which is a 50-50, based on how leisurely my lifestyle is and always has been), but I refuse to let brilliant ideas go to waste.
There's my story, my hobbies, and my obvious desire to mod my games until mods start leaking out of my hard drive and onto my desk. I hope I can contribute something moderately useful to this forum.
