 Importing mesh to Geck

Hi guys I've been working on a custom mesh in nifskope for a couple of days and today I went to create the armour for the mesh in the Geck but when I change the original armours mesh the geck crashes. What I am asking is if anyone can help me with this problem as I would hate to start again as it took me so long to finish.

In your custom mesh, have you named each and every NiTriStrip or NiTriShape? Forgetting to name them has caused me some troubles in the past.

Thanks for the feedback @thinovintage but I already worked out the problem which was like you said the naming but it was also the armour I used as a base. I had worked out the problem awhile ago and just forgot to say I fixed it but thanks for the help anyway.
