YAY! I did it, finally i was able to port my model of injured and burned skull from sculptris to FNV, has no textures or normals implemented in game yet (because i forgot that textures and normals should be .dds only, and i dont have Photoshop and its .dds plugins) But i will add them in few days because i am lazy potato. As soon as im done with textures and normals, i will share it with community.
UPD. Works as static or as movable static, tested it.
