| hello Community,
i know it sound a bit strange but i cant understand it myself. i have played skyrim, new vegas and now started with Fallout3. so i can say i know how to spawn armor, weapons .... with console commands. but for some reason it wont work in fallout3.
i donwloaded a armor from nexus, something real simple nothing with scripts or level list etc... so i put everthing in my data folder and check it with fomm. i find the id number in geck and check the loadordernumber. so everything as i know how to work. but nothing works. it said the parameterid was not found...... bla bla bla bla.
i try to spawn vanilla armors and weapons too and they work. but the mods not... i type "player.additem"
can someone help me... perhaps i have to set something in the ini. ????? |

hehe, yes i did. for example the id number i got from the geck. its 01000add and the load number is 11. so this makes the id to spawn player.additem 11000add 1 is that right??? |

| It should be, but it all depends on where the mod is positioned at and the only way is to look at your whole load order. Not just a few mods, because that will give you the wrong position. You have to look it up in your mod manager.
Otherwise you could use FNVedit, to open up the mod and search the exact item you want. |

| If you use FOMM you can use that to get the id's of any item you want to spawn in game very easily. In FOMM you have to right click the esp. or esm. that has the item you are trying to spawn and click open in TESsnip. You will then see many categories that I am sure you can distinguish between and know what they are when you look at them(ie: ARMO, WEAP, etc). If you are spawning an armor or weapon (or anything else really) you use the FormID when you select the item you are trying to spawn and type that when you are in-game spawning it.
