Currently I'm using the blackout enb. it works for me...

The best combo for me is Ruby ENB with the fake fullscreen mod. Fallout is so clear and smooth now i had to restart my playthrough to do it justice. Sometimes when i get to really cool spots i turn the ENB off to see just how lame my game used to look.
