Greetings!
While off exploring for mods beyond the nexus and stumbled across your little network here and thought it looked promising, so I thought I'd give it a try. Now I'm typically not terribly active in most my other forums, I prefer lurking as I typically just don't have much to say or add but I'll try my best to contribute in SOME way when I can.

Welcome to VGU mate. Well technically there isn't anything wrong with lurking, but we'd also like people to be active on forums, even if its to say hi or thanking the mod authors for their hard work. People on VGU have placed countless hours in this work, so being appreciative for it will be awesome.

Thanks for the warm welcome! I've been trying to contribute where I can and will endeavor to keep it up. Something I am curious about is to when would be a good time to apply for promotion, I've read through the rules, f.a.q.s and promotion guidelines but still had a few questions. Like if there's a review period before I can apply or if I should just apply and see what the response is. Another thing is if more text posts can make up for a lack of screen shot, as my system isn't terribly impressive nor do I actually run into too many unique or interesting event worth snapshotting in my games.
I know I've just become a member and don't want to be presumptuous by applying right away, but I will admit I'm also quite eager to start trying out mods. Any insight or guidance would be greatly appreciated, even if it's simply telling me to stop overthinking everything. And again, thanks for the warm welcome!
