NMC's texture pack is extremely nice looking. It takes up a good 3gigs though.

Combine that with dynamo enb and it looks extremely nice.

I combined NMC's textures with Tapioks OJO BUENO High Quality Texture Workshop to get the best from both. U can also try Xilandros Blackout ENB, and for armors try Wasteland clothing Hires retexture by Macintroll (sorry cant post links yet) Sad

Don`t know if you would class this mod as a graphics mod but have you tried Fellout? It removes the dark orange color in the game, makes the game look more natural.

apart from NMC& OJO BUENO id suggest MGs Neat Clutter Retextures to fill some gaps & cover dlcs, theirs also EWIs Big Texture Pack witch is quite good and to cover the creatures id suggest aMidianBorn NV Book Of Water so their not left behind from the environment

Either NMC'S or OJO Bueno's texture pack and an ENB. Depends if your rig can handle a ENB or the high resolution versions of NMC and OJO. But yeah they make your game look pretty goddamn pretty and stunning.

thanks for the suggestions i decided to use blackout enb with some changes to the depth of field also i have installed tale of two wastelands with both fallout nv and 3 NMC packs. i have also experimented with down sampling from 2k to 1080p with some good results.
