| Hello, my name is Sorenant. I've ended up here while looking for mods for my new gameplay on Skyrim based on upcoming PerMa from t3nd0. The control over the access to the mods seems tight, but given the circumstances I'd say it shows moral character and good sense of the administration.
My first contact with games was with "Comix Zone" on my father's PC when I was about 4 or 5 years old. For a child, that game was boring so I quicky switched to other games like Dragon Quest and Super Bomberman on SNES. Since them, I've played many games like Zelda and Sonic on console but for the last +-10 years I've been more PC gamer than console gamer.
Like many on this community, I love Fallout and TES series. Not only because the freedom they give to it's players but also for the very interesting lore.
Some other games I like: Zill O'll, Omega Boost, Ace Combat, Armored Core, Zone of the Enders, Shin Megami Tensei, Deus Ex franchise and Dishonored.
I have a long history with TES, Morrowind was one of the first ever games I played on PC back on about 2003. Not so much with Fallout though, New Vegas is the first game of the franchise I ever played back on 2010.
Given this, I feel kind of ashamed to say I don't have lot of experience creating mods and because of it probably I won't be able to contribute to the community with new mods.
Beside gaming, I like to read sci fi novels like Giant series by James P Hogan and Hitchhiker series by Douglas Adams. I'm also interested by history, theology, politics and economy but I won't talk about it because the rules are against it. In addiction, I used to watch animes and read mangas but lately it's 'trend' changed in a way I don't like so I'm not so fond of it anymore.
To end the post, I'd like to say that I'm looking forward on joining the community and hope to be able to contribute in anyway I can and express my thanks to the administration for their effort to keep the community alive (I'm sure moderating for quality and keeping a server isn't easy). |

| Welcome to VGU Sorenant. I love that you played morrowind, not alot of people ever go back and try the original TES titles. I really respect that. I hope to see you around the forums, have fun.

| @tpmmazo Thank you, specially for the compliment but when I played Morrowind it was the newest TES out there, so it's not like I really went back for it (though I play it now and then). I once thought about playing Daggerfall but I was too lazy to setup DOSBox... I love Morrowind over Oblivion and Skyrim because it's story but I don't like the system, always thought it was silly that I couldn't hit a wizard from his back on stealth. I'm not sure why but I can't enjoy top view RPGs, even masterpieces like Baldur's Gate and Planescape. Because of it, I never played Fallout 1 and 2 past it's first 'stage'. @RagazzoDiPlatino Thank you! @DVAted Thank you! | Welcome to the community! Comix Zone was your first video game experience huh? That's pretty excellent in my opinion.
