 F3FNV mod trouble

So i followed all of the instructions on installing f3fnv mod and when I start the game and choose to start in the capitol wasteland I just get a white screen and subtitles. Any one had this issue and know how to fix it?

Did you make sure to change the Ini? and recheck after installing any other mod? I know if you install TTW then darnUI it changes the INI back/removes the lines you changed so TTW can run/give you the right start vid. Not sure this would be the problem We are talking about Tale of Two Wastelands right? guessing by the "  choose to start in the capitol wasteland " line.

cut/pasted this from the guide
Make these changes:
SCharGenQuest = 001FFFF8
sIntroMovie = (yes this one is blank on purpose, it needs to be blank)
bLoadFaceGenHeadEGTFiles = 1

those are the lines in the Ini I talking about

AH sorry then man, Never heard of that one really, just Tales of Two Wastelands. Ill have to check this one out see if its any better or just the same thing.

Edit: looked it up, downloading it now to check it out later tonight. See if I have the same problem

Edit 2: Yeah man after a quick scan of the install guild and installing it wrong I just CTD I know it's my own falt as I just half assly looked over the install guild, Ill redo it this weekend as I didn't and need to download FOMM again ( >.< where did i put that damn thing...) and do the proper install with extracting the bsa's bla bla. To be honest.. I Am in no way downing this mod but after not being a noob and reading the install guild, TTW is so much more.. Stupid proof? lol.. not calling you stupid, more me ~.^ cause after i removed F3NV I went over to TTW site downloaded there "installer" and within 30mins (ty SSD) it had fully made all the files needed and was installed(via NMM) and running with out a problem. So, in sort.. I'll spend more time with it (F3NV) and keep track of the updates but if you ask me.. TTW is more finished and refined with how you move from DC to NV. F3NV needs more updates and they will come.

P.S. I dont really talk of requiem as it is no longer supported. and most of the team is with TTW anyway, if i got the post right.

I heard it was although the only one ive really gotten to try is a requiem to capital waste but its a big ole link on vgu the vault progects go check out there website man they got a whole bunch of interesting stuff
