I was wondering if there was a mod out there that lets you invest caps into a business or make money from a business you built in FNV. There is a mod like that in skyrim that i thought was interesting and use pretty much for every playthrough. I like knowing that i can make money by making smart investment decisions in businesses. Wanted to know if FNV had anything like that so i can make caps while im shooting raiders in the head. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's really the only mod I know that does that, but I would suggest some mods to nerf money making because you're far too rich even in vanilla so there isn't really much point getting more.

There are mods that involve stuff like investments. You could try Blue Hotel, IIRC it has something similar after it's main quest is over.
