Okay so basically im making a mod that adds synths to the wasteland and its not nearly done yet but i wanted to see people opinions and possibly get some help. Also big thanks to c a e k ( http://www.gunetwork.org/u14449 ) for letting me use the synth model thingy. This is my first ever mod so here is one question that hopefully some of you can answer. How do i get them to be all across the wasteland and respawn overtime after they are killed?
What i have so far
***Update 1/28/17 -Added spark effect when shot -Changed name of laser rifle to something more appropriate -Laser beam is now green (im trying to figure out how to make it blue) (might change it back to red)
Thanks to @aarius the mod now has the fo4 institute laser rifle the mod is slowly coming together
***Update 1/29/17 -They now walk around instead of standing still untill they see you -they no longer attack each other
**Update 2/2/17 -found that this mod kinda conflicts with project ultimatum, since they are based on npcs they surrender but you should be fine if you dont have that mod lol. ill try to fix it before release. -Currently hand placing every synth in the mojave

Okay, im still working on it and im about 80% done im just trying to get these damn synth voice files to work.

This looks awesome, not exactly sure how to do that besides manually placing them but I rarely use the GECK so I am 99% sure there is probably an easier way to do that, but keep up the great work on the mod, love mods that port over the new and updated Fallout 4 models.

Rather than adding the synths to existing levelled lists, instead setup a template system for them, check the freeside thugs for a good example, and add your own spawn lists to specific areas. This will allow them to level to the player as well as have randomised gear
