: That's a really good option for a large pack, i can't really think of any other large, all encompassing packs.
Really, i think the best bet for anyone adding a bunch of content to their games would be to simply go through the top rated mods on the Nexus and getting a lot of the stuff that jumps out at you. That would really be my personal suggestion. It's how I've always done it. Armor and weapon mods are very easily installed through any of the mod managers and don't conflict all too much.
For some of the more game changing mods like Project Nevada, you'll have to install those per the instructions given by the author. It's best to not deviate from their instructions if you want smooth installations.
unfortunately, there really aren't too many "all-in-one" mod packs out there for us. It becomes a game of picking and choosing what we want and taking the time to install stuff. I would suggest looking for some of the big overhauls to the factions that are available. The Caesar's Legion overhaul and NCR overhaul that Dragbody made are really good options and change a lot of armors that you see all the time. if you want weapons, i would say go for the Millennia weapon pack and EVE. All of those are really game changing and add in a ton of awesome stuff to your game.
I hope you end up with a fantastic load order of cool mods
